Easy High Protein Diet Menu



Protein is an essential ingredient to repair and build muscle. It is used a lot by body builders who are trying to increase body mass and it is also used in conjunction with a low-carb, high protein diet.

For dinner you can go with the heavy proteins that are found in meat and poultry. Chicken breast with protein enhanced pasta is a filling dinner that is low in calories and very high in protein. Other alternatives are steaks, lean meat, or pork. Add vegetables for a well rounded dinner.

The last step in making an easy high protein diet is a bedtime snack. Plan something light like cheese, fruit, or granola so your sugar levels stay steady while you sleep. Don’t consume anything too heavy, as you may have trouble sleeping.
