1500 Calorie Diet Menu

Have you tried all of the fad diets out there? The grapefruit diet, the cottage cheese diet etc.? Are you at the end of your rope and in despair over ever losing weight?

Are you saying: Oh please not another diet? This is not a diet it is a restricting of the way you eat. Yes there is hope for you to lose weight on this!

It’s pretty simple. Eat less. Reduce your caloric intake to 1500 calories a day. For the purposes of this article let us look at a sample four day 1500 calorie diet menu below.

Dinner: Halibut with steamed white rice and tea to drink

One snack to eat at your choosing: Once ounce of peanuts

Heath Tip: You must spend more calories than you take in

This is of course just a sample idea. I recommend going on the Internet or going to a bookstore and getting some weight loss books that have sample diets in them.

The important thing to realize is you are not alone and you can do this. Start an exercise program, slowly reduce your caloric intake with a 1500 calorie diet and watch the pounds melt off.
